Points to Consider when Selecting an Attorney

This will be one of many options for “legal services” that you have concerning your recent ticket or criminal charges.  I urge you to review all the offers.  Be fully satisfied that your best decision is to hire an attorney to protect your rights and save you money in fines, costs, and insurance premiums.
Even traffic tickets that seem “small” may end up in “BIG” insurance increases to you for the next several years. In some cases, even if you have a clean driving record, your license could be revoked for pleading guilty to 1 ticket.
Before you plead guilty to a traffic offense or a criminal misdemeanor please call me for a FREE CONSULTATION to discuss your charges. Your “guilty plea” will stay on your criminal record permanently.
Please compare my experience, services, and fees while you review your legal options.
     Ask yourself the following questions:

(1)  Is this lawyer experienced in Cumberland County Criminal Courtrooms?

Michael  Boose –  former criminal prosecutor in Cumberland
County and has over 21 years experience as a Cumberland
      County criminal defense lawyer.

      Other lawyers – unknown

(2) Can I talk to a lawyer about my case for free?

Michael Boose – YES,  FREE Office consultations and phone
      consultations.

Michael Boose – Please see the section on Attorney Fees for
standard tickets and fees for other offenses or call Boose Law
      Offices at 486-9292
.

Other lawyers – unknown – Have you seen a fee sheet from
other attorneys on this website? At other law firms, you will have
to “come to the office” just to hear what the cost is. Avoid this
pressure, call Michael Boose at 486-9292.

(5)Will I have to miss work, school, etc. to go to court?

Michael Boose – NO,  I have a “waiver of appearance” form
that will allow me to proceed with your case while you go to
      work, school, etc.

      Other lawyers – unknown

(6)Will I have to miss work, school, etc. to meet with my attorney?

Michael Boose – NO,  I provide FREE phone consultations, and
I believe that I am the only lawyer that provides FREE EVENING
and FREE WEEKEND appointments if you want to discuss your
      case in person.

Other lawyers – unknown, but call and ask if they will stay after
5:00 pm to see you or meet with you on the weekend for FREE.

After reviewing your options for attorney representation, I recommend that you select 2 or 3 lawyers and call them and ask questions about your case. Then, hire the attorney that will provide the services that you are looking for at a reasonable fee.
Whether you choose me or not, best of luck with your case, and remember….
